Insights Consulting Group is the culmination of Suzanne Letso's 30+ year journey from medical marketing executive to behavioral health entrepreneur to nationally recognized expert.
Suzanne Letso's path into behavioral health began not in a classroom, but in a moment of personal reckoning. When her son was diagnosed with autism, she left a successful career in medical product development and turned her skills as a healthcare marketing and new business development executive toward a different mission: ensuring that her son, and thousands of children like him, could access high-quality behavior analytic programming.
That decision set in motion more than three decades of work. As co-founder and former CEO of Milestones Behavioral Services, Letso grew a grassroots initiative into a $20M+ enterprise operating across multiple states — building specialized schools, adult day and residential programs, behavioral health clinics, and comprehensive educational services. She established one of the first distance learning master's programs in Applied Behavior Analysis, developed in partnership with the University of North Texas.
Her vision produced specialized school programs in Connecticut and Alaska and health clinics in Connecticut and Florida — significantly expanding access to quality behavioral healthcare for thousands of families who previously had nowhere to turn. In addition to the programs developed for Milestones, Letso assisted numerous other groups with the design and creation of new provider organizations and both state and national trade associations and initiatives.
As a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York, Letso has been a legislative force in shaping the standards that govern behavioral health and special education services practice. Her advocacy has been instrumental in establishing and protecting behavior analysis and federal special education practice standards at the state level.
Letso has provided guidance on ethical practices in legal disputes involving people with special needs, residential services, ABA practice, behavioral health, and special education, and has presented nationally and internationally on these topics. Her recent appointment as Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers reflects the depth of professional trust she has earned across disciplines.
She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Liberal Studies from Duquesne University and has published extensively on behavioral healthcare and organizational development.
Letso's work has always been rooted in the understanding that access to quality behavioral healthcare is not a privilege — it is a right. That conviction drives every engagement.
Having built and scaled a multi-state behavioral health organizations, our consulting reflects what actually works — not just theory, but operational and clinical reality.
As a legislative advocate and regulatory subject matter expert, Letso brings a perspective that spans direct clinical work, organizational leadership, and policy influence.
Insights Consulting Group brings decades of clinical, operational, and legislative experience to every engagement.
